Mac

I used the thunder bolt to via adapter ( genuine apple product ). I had reset the Mac and updated everything and setup as a new Mac, exchanged the ram cards .

it worked fine for 3-4 days, and then the adapter stopped working .

Now every time I the Mac it just shows random lines many of them in the via display . It happened previously when I changed the RAM but the HDMI display seems to work fine .

The firmware update is not for Sierra and I have updated everything that there is to upgrade as a software .
